Honourable Edward Bawa Fulfills Promise Of 300 Cement Bags To Balungo Technical Institute (BATECH). Hon Edward Bawa presented 300 bags of cement to Balungo Technical Institute for the construction of a 3 classroom block. The presentation was done at the Balungo chief's palace. It's well noting that the Balungo community once had a fund raising with the intention to build a 3 classroom block. The law maker was informed about it and pledged to support the community with 300 bags of cement as his token to support the course. Honourable Edward Bawa therefore delivered his promise yesterday and encouraged them to put the bags of cement into good use with another promise of supporting them with other materials again if the building gets to reason level.

We won't accept this illegal suspension: It must follow due process as stipulated in the party constitution - Petitioners to Peter Ayinbisa. An earlier report has it that, the NPP elders, Patrons and Constituency Executives have nullified a purported indefinite suspension by the NPP Upper East Regional Secretariat mated out to some eleven (11) polling Station executives who petitioned the reappointment of Ayinbisa Peter during the race to the DCEship. The elders etc says "the suspension that has happened is void ab initio and does not require any court to declare it so. If the body with disciplinary powers took the decision and the affected members are dissatisfied then they could challenge that decision in court. This is a matter of jurisdiction and the constitution gives neither the constituency executives nor the Regional executives that power. The act is simply void and in law it is seen as haven't ever happened at all." The Elders also added that In our customary

The Bongo NPP Party elders, Patrons, Former Constituency Executives, Current Constituency Executives, Constituency Disciplinary Committee and opinion leaders have nullified a purported indefinite suspension mated out to some eleven (11) polling Station executives who petitioned the reappointment of Ayinbisa Peter during the race to the District Chief Executive post. It's quite notable that during the race for the DCEship, there were some group of polling Station executives who chastised and petitioned for the removal of Ayinbisa Peter from the nominees due to his inaccuracies, mismanagement and autocratic leadership style which they deemed were the cause of the NPP'S abysmal performance during the 2020 general elections. The group opposed vehemently that the reappointment of Ayinbisa Peter will further drag the party to the least level and that is what they can't stand to watch. They listed a good number of Peter Ayinbisa's inaccuracies in their petition. True to their

It's interesting to note that the above mentioned DCE also doubles as the parliamentary candidate for the NPP and he has been referred by many as the desperate being in this year's politics who seek to win power at all cost using both fair and foul means .
